Positives:
We checked in for just one night. We booked a king room. It was large enough with a desk, chair, mini fridge and microwave. Parking was free.
Negatives:
The room was overall clean but the facilities need repairs and a bit of updating. The carpeting was peeling up in a section. There were some cracks in the bathroom tiling. The blinds didn't close fully. It was fine for one night. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly at check in. I wasn't told what time check out was or about breakfast. The hot tub was broken and had caution tape around it.

Comfortable beds, no bad smell for sheets and towels, good location. Nice staff.
Negatives:
Mold in bathroom, standing water in tub, bathroom door was difficult to open from inside. The garage entrance door was ajar most of the time no key needed to enter hotel.

My reservation was not available upon arrival even though I paid. I’m having a hard time getting a refund. They told me it was all set for a refund and it hasn’t gone through. All the people who arrived that night were sent away because they had overbooked. It was a complete shitshow and I’m furious. Please refund me

Staff was mostly friendly. Rooms were fairly close together for our party. Lobby was welcoming.
Negatives:
Entrance and parking was tight. No where to bring dog traveling w us to use grass. I paid for breakfast but they refused to give me the right number of vouchers. Room Keyes did not work. Shower did not drain and almost overflowed.
