Positives: The room was not clean, the bed smelled of cigarettes all over. The A/C made lots of noise, and even if we were transferred to another room we face the same problem. The manager's answer was "this is it" We left the hotel after 2-night although our reservation was for 6 nights.

Positives: The breakfast and service in the mornings were excellent I like the fact that there was always coffee available.
Negatives: Didn't like that I had to put down $100 deposit also the rugs outside the elevator on the 6th floor were damp and no doubt need replacing.

Positives: The location was great. There was a nice restaurant called The Stamford diner, restaurant, bar. The food was good. The staff was great at the restaurant.
Negatives: My room door had been kicked in previously, the damage was visible. The shower rods were damaged because it appeared to be an altercation and the tiles were sloppily glued back in place. The toilet was damaged too and the caulking made it look really bad. Plus the toilet sat at an angle because it’s obviously broke. The flush was very slow but luckily it did flush. The sink was cracked, the faucet broke. The bed was broke. Every turn we made, the bed made a loud sound that woke me up throughout the night. The smoke detector was also not properly in place. I hope a camera was not installed there.
