Price was decent but when we saw the hotel and room we found out why. Disappointed.
Negatives:
The lock was broken on the door or basically falling apart. The staff couldve moved our room because they were painting outside our door and the smell bothered us. The bathroom could've been cleaner. There was a blob of foam (looked like to stop a leak) behind the toilet. Just not what I wouldve expected. Disappointed.

was excited about breakfast, then walked in to guys asleep at one table and then the guy in front of me in line, served himself with his hands as he kept his nose from running. I almost puked.
Negatives:
they fail to tell you about the deposit until you get there. put us on the pet floor - room was fairly clean smelled fine that night. by morning it smelled like a dog. only got the room for one night because plans were unsure. ask about paying for another night the next day and was lead to believe the price would be the price that had already been quoted in the conversation as I checked in. when I went to the desk to get the room for another night, I was informed that it would cost me almost double or to get the rate online I would have to pay the deposit a second time. This place has a elevator but steps to get to the elevator or the first floor hall. I stated that we needed a room close to parking because my husband has difficulty walking and we were given a room at the other end of the hall. we would have left but my hubby was too exhausted to walk back to the car. I did park out back and when I went to my car in the middle of the night - the back door was propped open as it still was the next morning. At least the beds were fair, not the worst I've stayed in, but close.

The two men who checked us in were good. Didn't have any other interaction with other staff.
Negatives:
Room was on the floor that was being renovated. Was woken up by the sound of saws at 9 a.m. Not very happy about that. I understand updating your hotel but don't put guess on the same floor.

The room was located in a construction area. The floor dust and dirt was dirtying the room. The vending machine was off so it wasn’t available for purchase

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The toilet seat in the bathroom was peeling and chipped. The faucet needed to be tightened. The TV did not work. I did speak to the desk in the early evening and was not offered a room change.
I also told the desk in the morning and was offered reward points which I declined.
