The staff was very pleasant

The room he assigned was not cleaned ( he would have no idea as he was the night auditor) dirty beds dirty wash cloth in shower with dirty towels on floor. It’s 1230 am I’m tired and no more rooms to be had so I had to get a refund slept in my car at the next rest area as it was getting too late to check into another hotel after phone calls to booking.com being on hold and getting a resolution.

Clean and easily accessible. Staff were considerate and helpful. I enjoyed the lobby aesthetic immensely. I was surprised that we were in a suite and it was roomy and comfortable. The view was actually pretty nice from 4th floor.shower water temp was great!

The place was huge and looked like a former condo or extended stay. The parking also was very easy and the walking distance to the downtown area maybe 15 minutes. It was next to a pretty good breakfast place

It could have felt cleaner. Carpet in room ripped. Rusted pipes on the bathroom valves. Floor out of the elevator was looking beat up. They had a leak in the main lobby with a bucket to capture water. Breakfast was minimal. Few bagels and no toaster.
