This is not my first stay, and I usually give the property a perfect score. However, both shades were broken, and there was no answer at the front desk. They were broken in the open position, making sleeping late very difficult because of the sun.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast was good. Nice variety of healthy choices and hot and cold drinks. The coffee was excellent. The room was quiet, bed was comfortable, and it was easy to control the temperature in the shower. I got a great night's sleep.
Negatives:
I stayed two nights, but the room was not cleaned during the time I was out during the day. (Bed not made, rubbish not emptied.) Check in went smoothly, but I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out to the reception desk when checking out.

We have stayed there a few times being that it is close to UNH and always found it to be clean,comfortable and the staff are all very friendly.
Negatives:
This time our room was not cleaned properly. The tile floors upon entering were sticky and had boots prints all over. The shower floor was left with something slippery causing my teenage daughter to slip and fall as soon as she stepped in. She hurt her back but is okay thank goodness. The conditioner bottle was completely empty and the tissue box by the sink was soaked. Towels looked like they had been used. Disappointed during this stay this time around.
