Only free is soap! No shampoo, no bottled water, no fridge or microwave! The bed making noise when you move. We booked a non smoking but as soon as we entered the room, you can smell the strong cigarette. I sprayed cologne every hour to masked the smell. We were so tired from our travel. We checked out 8am just to get out ASAP! When I got home, I went straight to shower and realized how strong the smell of the cigarette on my hair and on my personal belongings!

Bathroom was disgusting! Sink was dirty with black specks (?) in it and not sure what they were. It is not my responsibility as a guest to clean the sink. When faucets were turned on to use, water was clogged in the sink within a few seconds so that you did not want to run the water.

It was dirty and the advertised Queen Deluxe room(which in their details says it’s a queen bed) there was a full size bed with flat pillows. The bedding worn and thin, cigarette burns on the blanket. The pillows themselves were stained. The floors were disgusting, sticky and dirty.
