I am a handicap person who is 75 yrs old. I had a knee surgery and had to stay in your hotel due to work and conditions in my house that were being remodeled. And stated about 10 days.
The staff on the weekend specifically the front desk orange hair lady refused to let me go to the public restroom close to where I was standing and told me to go to the pool restroom. An area that was slippery and people were coming and going. It was an emergency for me to go to the restroom.
Sadly I end up having an accident in the lobby in front of other visitors.
It was the worst experience of my life.
