Nothing. The roaches and burn holes and broken fridge and microwave and shower really put a damper on our night.

The roaches... the rude staff. The broken appliances.

The staff was really nice upon check-in. There was an Egyptian lady. The initial room was smelly of an animal so she swapped me to another room that smelled but not as bad as the other one.
Negatives:
The room was full of live roaches in the bathroom area. I slept on the bed with all my stuff in bags and did not take off my clothes. The room was clean besides a lingering smell of animals and roaches in the bathroom. When I told the woman at checkout, she really did not care. If they actually took care of the roaches, the place would be of value for what you pay.

The lady that worked overnight was so unprofessional and she was so disrespectful and she spoke to me like she was better then me and she called me some very nasty voulgar names. It was very uncalled for especially after what I had already went thru and the fact that I had to sleep in the back of one of the guests cars. I will never book a rm there ever ever ever again.
