The coffee was good.
Negatives:
1: Handicap door openers did not work
2: Not enough staff at the desk during checking, and the clerk who was there was inexperienced.
3: The Room had not been cleaned; the bathroom floor was dirty, and no toilet paper.
4: Could not view the TV from either the couch or the bed
5: only one pillow for a king-sized bed
6: No blanket for the bed
7: Portions of the walls appeared to have been chewed away by a dog
8: Various electric outlets were loose

The fact that there was Roaches in the room. The Hot water wasn't working for me and my kids to take a shower

I was disappointed because I booked a stay for two days, but we had to check out the next day.

The only thing that is good is that it doesn’t have a deposit, but it’s so much bad things that I make up for it. They charge you for every extra thing $27 a day for the pet $11 a hour for checking in if you’re not checked in by 11 if your third-party!
This facility had roaches they false advertised breakfast. They only give you a muffin or a granola bar. No nothing else. The coffee is never available and if it is, it’s not hot also the hallway rug smell like mildew. They have a leaks, and the staff is not professional at all. They have nasty attitude. They do not greet you.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my history, myself and my whole family had a horrib

The hotel workers were nice and tried to be helpful...

...but that didn't matter with all the problems I had . The room smelled of cigarette smoke and they couldn't move me to a better room since it was all booked up. I felt sick for two days after having to inhale that stink that ruined my trip. I tried to open the window to bring in some fresh air, but there was a giant hole in the window screen. The bath tub floor was dirty and the smoke detecter had been ripped from the wall (isn't that, kind of illegal?). I could have handled the cosmetic problems, but the cigarette smoke is something I (nor anyone) should have to deal with.
