immediately after checking into our room we noticed 3 roaches. we asked for a change of room, in which there were none left, and instead I asked them to spray the room with bug spray. I had to call back 30 mins later to ask if they were coming and no one showed up AT ALL. Secondly, the thing on the door that allows you to swipe your card died and we were locked out of our room. the overnight worker was of zero help and I was forced to call the police, in which he was very helpful and got the keys from the front desk man to let us in our room (all which the overnight could’ve done himself). it took us 2 hours before we got back in our room. the next morning I went to the front desk to complain about what we had experienced and the only thing the woman said to me was “well you stayed the entire night”. by the time we were let back in our room was almost 4am! ridiculous and rude! will never stay there ever again and I advice anyone else not to as well.

Front Desk staff was exceptional and the motel was very quiet. The room was very spacious.
Negatives:
The tub only the shower head worked. The water did not fill up the tub to give my baby a bath. The housekeepers were so rude to my children and sisters. I was running alittle late for coming to pick them up for checkout. I communicated with the front desk, and they said it was fine. The housekeepers kicked them out the room anyway.
