Glasses to drink from in the bathroom only had a couple coffee cups. Lines for breakfast. Understand not optional. Too many kids at happy hour touching food and making numerous trips. Make an adult only section by the closed bar are.

The location is great! Nice neighborhood, easy parking and access to the Metro from the hotel!
Negatives:
The lines for breakfast and reception were long. One day at breakfast, the oatmeal was never refilled and we had to go back to our room to get a cup to drink from. Also, if you didnt arrive early to the reception, there would be no snacks. Trays empty.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, cocktail reception, and maid service daily. The location was wonderful for taking the Metro into DC.

Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Metro station is across the street. Loved the extra space of a suite. Made to order breakfast was ample and delicious. There is also a complimentary happy hour.
Negatives:
The cleaning could use some help. Shower floor looked as if it had not been scrubbed in some time. There were some little ants on the bathroom floor. A light bulb was out and the clock would not show the correct time.

Positives:
Decent location. Good parking garage. Good buffet breakfast.
Negatives:
None of the plugs in our room worked so we woke up with dead phones on day 1. Escalators only occasionally worked and 1 elevator didnt work at all. We were locked out of the building at night and some of our party had to walk down into the parking garage to get back in bc exterior doors cant be opened by guests. Staff was seldom at the front desk. The room we reserved at check in was gone when we arrived to get our key so we were separated from our party. Drink machines were all out or broken at the buffet each morning. Room phones couldnt call out or call front desk. Couldnt control ac or heat (could change it but it didnt register the change) so we were uncomfortable all night.
