Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It was my 1st time in Washington DC, and they made my stay that much more easier. 1 staff member recommended a great restaurant and the shuttle guy gave me lots of information to get around. Best staff ever!

The neighborhood is up and coming. The staff were friendly.

The pull out sofa bed was broken and impossible to sleep comfortably on. We had to ask three times for full linens for the sofa bed. The pool and gym were closed for renovation.

I asked for an extra bath towel for my need at that moment but the staff didn’t provide it saying that they didn’t have a clean one. So it wasn’t a fair situation since was a guest and needed towel as an emergency. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone.
