Where should I start….
1) noisy, bad isolation, on top they have a rooftop bar which was blasting music, literally shaking things in my room, someone called the police and only then they stopped
2) a couple extremely rude staff at reception. When I complained about the blasting music, the person hanged up on me and asked me to calm down and that he can’t do anything. I was shocked at the behaviour.
3) really bad service. I didn’t even have shampoo in my room, it was delivered after waiting for 40 mins and making 15 calls and I ended up late for my meeting going with wet hair! no body lotion and I had to again make calls to deliver. Just don’t expect any service
4) There is a charge of 25 dollars per night for “Guest Amenities” which apparently means some tea/coffee available in some obscure place that I never used! so it’s another rip off which you will only realise on check out!

Beautiful rooms, parking right under hotel (paid $68/day though), big TV’s, close proximity to the White House.
Negatives:
The staff was v unprofessional. There was one person at the front desk doing everything. Some valet workers were great, others were awful. $5 for a bottle of water after already spending $500 for 2 night… kind of a rip off.
