All of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room staff very attentive to the needs of the guests. Front desk/reception staff were personable and beyond helpful! We will definately pick this hotel whenever we come to DC.
Negatives:
The sofas in the suites are aging and not particularly comfortable. You may want to upgrade. Otherwise all was terrific.

Front Desk Staff - one of them asked arrogantly if I'd ever worked at a hotel before. There was an issue w/Booking.com. I paid them and the 3rd party neglected to pay the hotel so when my client arrived there was an issue. It was finally rectified after several calls etc.. it was an embarrassment to say the least.

We had a problem with the sink backing up and they were attentive to our needs. We were on the first floor which was awesome and allowed us access to an additional bathroom if needed. The breakfast was incredible!!!!!

Just the sink back up in the bathroom. But we were only there for one night so it didn't really affect us.
