Positives: Didn’t have
Negatives: I thought there was a pool. My mistake. I don’t understand why there is a facility fee when there was nothing to use. Also had to go to the canopy hotel to buy coffee.

Positives: The bed was comfortable and the view was really nice. The amount of space was decent .I didn't hear too much noise. Our maid service was also great.
Negatives: The VALET price is ridiculous. No need to charge $70 PER NIGHT to park. Everything about the hotel was pretty good but I think the valet cost was over the top !

Positives: Just the location
Negatives: We were in a family trip with kids under 6 years and the room close to ours had guests using drugs the whole night since earlier. We complained twice at the reception and nothing was done. We slept in a room smelling like weed. At 4 am the same guests were too high that they knocked our doors by mistake and were laughing super loud waking up my kids. Horrible stay. The hotel did not offer any support for us.

Horrible experience - never return

Positives: Staffing was nice and the valet personnel were very attentive and polite. It's definitely in the city of DC which was walking distance to a few locations we visited. Room was spacious just out dated for the price. Bathroom was spacious.
Negatives: For the price you pay to stay, there should be more amenities and updates. No Fridge or microwave in the room which is a inconvenience. The shower in our room was clogged, the water didn't drain properly. There were no trash bags in the rooms so we had to emphasize with the laundry bags left in the room. The TV was on the right side of the bed, we had to turn the TV around in order to look at it comfortably. Having to use our keycards to work the elevator every time we had to go up to our room was bit annoying. We would swipe the keycard and the other elevator door would open which was scary especially if you were leaning on it, we didn't know it would open.

Positives: The location was within walking distance of a Chick-fil-A and CVS. Valet staff was friendly.
Negatives: I didn't like having to leave my room key in the thermostat slot to keep my room at a comfortable temperature. The valet/parking fee was incredibly and ridiculously high. I would never use a third party booking company to stay here. There were entirely too many fees. I was quoted $521 for my stay and ended up paying $835+ due to additional fees. There was no pool, no complimentary breakfast, no spa services, very mediocre was this hotel.

Positives: Very comfortable large room. Good and fast WiFi, which made it easy to work from the hotel room when necessary. Location is super convenient to most of DC, only a few blocks from the metro and multiple bus lines.
Negatives: The water pressure in the shower was a bit on the lower side. While it was nice that there was a fitness room, it would have been better if the treadmill had been working.
