Positives: Came here for a conference & I loved this place! I can't say enough good stuff about it. The staff was accommodating & welcoming. They handled every issue I had & I just loved the vibe of the hotel & the room I stayed in. I'm already thinking about how I can come back!

Negatives: Didn't like the built-in "fridge" in the setup they had there, but luckily, it was handled.

Negatives: The room quality for a 5 star hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was quite small and unfinished. Tiles chipped and painting not finished. The aircon was extremely noisy even when off and the bed was not that of a 5 star hotel
