I was okay

I did NO like that the elevator was out of order. I requested a pet friendly room and I did NI get it, the room had carpet, my puppy did not have any accidents but what it he had. Back to the elevator being out of service. My wife has trouble due to knee and back issues, so that means I had to help her with climbing the stairs, So I waked slowly with her on the stairs and with my puppy on the leash. When I did make to the room the strip did NOT unlock the door so I had to go back down the stars and get a new set,. OK now I am thinking of all the bags I need to have in my room , I had to take the star more than I wiould like because of the elevator was not working so that meant that I could not use the cart is was just horrible and my family was inconvenience in the worse way,
