Positives: The staff was amazing. Location was excellent. I stayed for 3 weeks. The bed was comfortable. Food/Bar was fantastic. The pool and games was fun! I will definitely stay here on my next business trip to Florida!

Negatives: Laundry room could use some attention. I had to do laundry since I was there for so long. It was a bit dirty in there. Also would be nice to be able to get change or laundry needs there instead of at the front desk.

Negatives: * Shower. Water pressure of the shower not enough (for my preference) * Service to the room. I asked for an extra towel like four times (even went to the fornt desk personally) and never arrived. * Reliability. A room booked one month in advance was not avilable at my arrival, even though it was confirmed by me directly with hotel two days before my arrival. Supervisor provided alternatives/solutions (which I appreciate) but anyhow the familiy ended up split in different rooms.
