Very clean and surprisingly quiet location. Breakfast in the morning was great and the area was very clean. I have stayed here a couple times while visiting Jacksonville for a Rodeo. Always clean and friendly people.

STAINED and / SOILED sheets on the bed! that had to be replaced; then the wrong size sheets were delivered (but they were at least not stained / soiled); heard two different stories from two different people as to the stained / soiled sheets on the made bed (the bed was made & readied for our arrival)
