Size of the suite, location, breakfast and friendly staff
Negatives:
Television remotes did not work. Staff tried diligently to fix the problem but could not make them work. So two televisions basically useless. Commode ran continuously. The rooms are worn. Kitchen area cabinet door had a broken hinge so the door would fall off if opened.

If the rooms were updated I would stay again but until then, this hotel is not an option.

Rooms can get a refresher, I had a suite with 2 bed but they beds were full size too small (would love if they were queen) or at least one of them.
Pool was a good size but was not so clean since its surrounded by trees all the leafs get in.
