The entire staff is exceptional. They really know how to make your guests feel right at home. My suite was amazing, comfortable & spacious. No need to bring your own toiletries as they are all supplied for you. They even have a blow dryer.

Understaffed, never anyone at front desk. Waited 10 minutes for someone upon check in and when I was checking out again nobody. After waiting 10 minutes I went to breakfast bar found someone who then went in the back and about 10 minutes later a not so friendly woman came to the desk, seemed as though she just woke up. Just for the reason of having to wait while there are no employees around is the reason I would not return.
