Beautiful location and building, very poorly managed. For $1000/night I expect to be able to have a Resturant available. On this occasion only the bar was serving food (bar snacks only), all the other restaurants were. closed. After a long journey to find a top class hotel with no Resturant available was very disappointing.

Wishing Ian hadn’t washed away the dock, boardwalk and boat. We loved going to the private beach! Hoping it gets back soon along with the smaller pool and slide and hotel restaurant.

Front desk was amazing. We booked the night hoping to have some time by ourselves for our 10 year wedding anniversary but also enjoy some time there later in the day with the kids after school. We initially came in very upset over the fact that the pool we booked the hotel for was closed but the front desk attendant who checked us in upgraded us to a suite that made us feel like we were on the anniversary of a lifetime! We still brought the kids over later and they thoroughly enjoyed the lazy River even though the adventure pool was closed. We’re already trying to plan a trip back!

Our room was never cleaned. I called down at 4pm and was told it would be done by 6. It wasn't. I had to grab extra towels and coffee from a closet that was opened.. For the price of the rooms per night the room should be at least stocked and trash emptied. Very disappointing
