When I get back home I realised that the receptionist charged me twice.
When I asked him to do a refund, he told me that it is not his duty to do that and he was rude.

The moment we entered the room and checked amenities, 2 dinner plates, 3 small plates were dirty and were put away in the cupboard. I called front desk right away. Housekeeping came and gave us dishwasher pod. I’m not washing previous guests dirty plates! Reported the problem again the following day to the front desk, same thing was done, we were given another dishwasher pod. I clearly told them it’s not my responsibility to clean previous guests dirty dishes! I just left it on the sink the whole time we stayed.
