Positives: Had breakfast in room with what we brought. Prime reason for selection was location close to children in area. Also close to theater, restaurants, groceries, and gasoline.

Negatives: Water faucet in bathroom had no cold water, sink clogged regularly, chair at table had rip in upholstery, only 4 hangers provided, had to haul dishes etc to room, no soap provided to wash eating and cooking utensils.

Positives: The front desk worker was nice and explained the stay as much as possible. he was respectful and kind which was a good 1st impression.

Negatives: the room needs the mattress needs to be replaced can feel the springs and had back issues afterwards. we also found roaches and some sort of pink paste in the sink, which made us a little weary of staying there, we couldn’t afford to find something else. definitely ruined the experience. wish I thought to take pictures.
