Reserved this hotel in advance and specifically asked for a ground floor and again at check in. Did not get what i asked for and no elevator. The parking was on the back side of the building and was terribly inconvenient to be placed all the way in front side of the hotel, and only one hand cart to on and off load suitcases and eveything needed with everybody needing to use it.. The breakfast in the morning was awful,the hotel could not keep up with the amount of people who stayed they were always out of everything. They could not even keep up with something as simple such as coffee.They did the bare minimum for continental breakfast, and I mean bare minimum. No fruit, no yogurt, cold gravy, cold packaged eggs, (fake) and no batter to make waffles, empty juice machines. The pet deposit was way out of bounds for the type of hotel which i would rate as a level 2 star. , unbelievable, alot of the elderly could not afford the $225 deposit. I travel alot and never have seen anything quite like it. When I checked in, I ask if there was a possibility to extend a day, the clerk said no that they were booked without even checking. Went back in the evening and a very nice gentleman extended me without a problem. I would never ever recommend this hotel for a physically challenged person. I would not stay again. The only good thing was it was within walking distance to about 4 fast food places.
