Positives:
The price was great.
Negatives:
The floors were coming apart. No towel bar in the bathroom. Not sure the sheets were washed. Looked like blood on the bottom sheet and part of the top sheet. Too tired to call about it. Just slept on the other side of the bed.

Honestly, Wyndham needs to take their name off of this one.
Old and poorly maintained, it needs a complete overhaul. The flooring was buckled, there was a small hole in a wall. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Half the electrical didn’t work.

Our door didn’t have a latch but there was a latch? The entire room was weirdly made up. The housekeeper kept knocking on our door at 8:30 AM even though checkout is 11 and then was like loudly talking outside the door.

A fight was caused after I paid for an $88 room and they then refused to give us our key. AFTER THE FACT WE PAID. My sister then got upset and insulted her ONCE and the lady threatened us and repeatedly called us stupid and childish. The man had to pull her away from the window and tried to aid us which we refused after that horrible moment and left.

We try and make a trip to Cypress Springs every couple of years. We have always stayed in this hotel.
This will be our last year staying here. The room was filthy. The counters, floors, and bathroom were sticky. Anything out of eye sight has a thick layer of dust on it.
The ac wasn't on in the room so when we arrived late at night the room was about 80 degrees.
The bathroom smelled like a urinal.
To top it off, there were roaches. There was a big hole in the bathroom door.
Just disappointed that it has went from being a pleasant and affordable little find to an affordable roach motel.
