The beds were very comfortable. Very. And I really liked Brooke who checked me in. She was nice. The room was very tidy and smelled nice.
Negatives:
Dirty premises and people hanging about everywhere leaning and gawking at you while smoking cigarettes. Cigarette butts tossed on the grass here and there next to the sidewalks when plenty of ashbins were available. The exterior walls were filthy upstairs and it just look like dirty living in some areas. In other areas it looked nice.

So many things to name. This place is not a resort by any means! It’s a HOTEL! They didn’t have any activities for kids like resorts do. The breakfast was less than a basic hotel breakfast but it was dine in only. It was way over crowded. And the ceiling was falling in where you eat at. There was black mold in the bathroom of our room. My 5 year old found some sort of pipe used for drugs in the room. (As pictured) Which goes to show that they don’t clean good at all! The maid wouldn’t give us new towels even though we were there for 3 nights, 4days! I could go on and on. The pictures online make this place look so nice and it’s far from nice! I was so disappointed but after already paying for 3 days we unfortunately had to stay because I knew they wouldn’t give my money back.
