Breakfast was basic granola bars and coffee. The staff was very friendly and available the entire time we were there! The layout of the room was perfect! Like a standard studio apartment.
Negatives:
The room had a funny smell when we walked in. The room was located near an area where staff congregated, so we could hear them all night. The walls in the building must be thin, because I could hear the people upstairs all night as well.

Too much noise at night with children running and screaming above us. The stench of dog poop on the hallway. Breakast did not consider diabetics. The sink in the bathroom need to be replaced immediately. The bedding had stains.

This place is just is run down seriously. I checked in with three kids and was given a room in the third floor and I have a stroller wagon for my babies. My 12 year old open the door that we were assign to and someone was already staying in this room . There was dirty towel on the bathroom floor and junk on the counters.the door key pad was loose as well.at this point we hard to go back down on the Elevator and I spoke to the lady out front and explain to her the situation. Her response was on greatly apologizing for the inconvenience. I will sign you into one of our suites on the first floor which she was very nice however we go to the room the room is very outdated it looks like we are in the ghetto and everything just completely run down. My kids retired Im surely exhausted after driving three hours so I could be in Saint Petersburg for a dance competition. I just told the kids to go to bed and call it a night meanwhile around four or 5 oclock in the morning Im scratching myself on my legs in my arms and my baby is scratching her neck and legs and my son which is my other baby is scratching his neck. I was very frustrated and just had to get out of there and figured well at this point maybe we should go and get some breakfast Because on the advertisement there was a breakfast provided. Unfortunately we were given dollar store muffins and just coffee. My kids were crying and hunger so I figured I would take them to somewhere to get food. I sat in my car wanting to cry and felt disappointed. This was supposed to be a great time for my daughter and enjoy our little vacation but instead it became a disaster. I went back to the hotel and I spoke with the manager and I explained to her that I was grateful for the accommodations but its just not working my kids have rash and bumps from laying in the beds. I asked for a full refund and she understood and said I will give you a full refund which you will receive in five days.
