We checked in, and they put us in a room where the toilet would not flush. My husband called to ask for a plunger. 20 minutes later, he went down to the front desk because nobody had come. He plunged the toilet and brought it back downstairs. My daughter used the bathroom, and again, it wouldn't flush. My husband was still at the front desk, and the manager came to our room with the plunger again. She begins to try and is very rude when I told her my husband just went and got the plunger, and it did the same thing. We were trying to leave for a baseball game and said we were not going to mess with toilet issues all night. She said fine get your stuff, and we will move you to another room. She then says well this room has to be used tonight because they were sold out. Hopefully, whoever she put in that room didn't have the same issues we had. The new room had no issues!

Property is very close to the Clearwater/St. Pete airport. Clean and staff very friendly, breakfast guy was exceptional.

Street noise and sirens were prevalent and interfered with our sleep.
