Positives:
Breakfast was good. A little more than the usual fare and nicely presented. Could've been a little longer on time though.

The staff were Fantastic!..we enjoyed the location next to the Pinellas Greenway to ride our bicycles..also minutes from Honeymoon beach, was pet friendly..also great breakfast each morning..

The room smelled like a dog had an accident. We checked out 2 days early and were assured we would get a refund for the remaining 2days we did not stay. Have yet to receive our refund.
