This was the 2nd weekend in a row that I’ve stayed at the property and the A/C wasn’t cooling the entire bedroom I had to drive to my house and get a fan last Saturday night we left around 4:30am because the same thing happened with the A/C I WAS told by a staff member that the A/C is motioned sensors ( we should have been made aware of this) I spoke with the night AG and she assured me that my bill would be adjusted to reflect a credit for 1 of the nights

No luggage carts, hallways smelt like garbage, my room smelt like somebody pooped and used the carpet as toilet paper. Kitchen water didn’t get hot at all and was also was covered in roaches.

I called ahead of booking to make sure pool was open. The pool is filthy green,with scum and other junk. I chose this place for the pool. I won't stay here again. It's gone done hill since our last stay here. Also the beside tables have no lamp shades. And the peep hole was busted out with a napkin shoved in place of it.

They were renovating. The office was in 1 if the rooms. Access to it and our room weren't easy. Our view was of the police cars cruising through the parking lot all evening.

Access to room, pool area, parking lot extremely limited. We paid up to $50 more for the room than advertised . No outside exit from room.
