We had a lovely couple of nights at the hotel. It met our expectations. It was very comfortable, with friendly staff, clean with a good pool and access to the beach.

The pool isn't massive (but it suited our needs). It's a no frills hotel and was reasonably expensive for what we got.

My only issue is had was that the smoke detector randomly went off twice. Especially in the middle of the night of our last stay. Since there was no smoke detected and their system couldnt see why the alarm went off, we were downgraded to their handicap rooms because it was the only thing available

paid for premier room but put in standard room, toilet didnt flush, toilet roll holder hanging off wall, bathroom soap dispenser didnt work, view terrible, air conditioning unit extremely old and too noisy to have on. All reported on first day to management and not rectified.

Positives:
The location was fantastic. We decided to stay a few nights in Cocoa beach after a cruise so we didnt have sand toys with us for the kids. The front desk had an assortment that other families had left that we were able to use which was nice.
Negatives:
The room had limited towels, and the bathroom door latch was broken. One elevator was out of service and it took about 5 minutes for the other to arrive. Breakfast was not included.

I dont regret staying there, it served our basic needs, but well spend out money elsewhere next time.
