The hotel is beautiful, the suite was spacious and my friend was very happy with her one night stay.
Negatives:
I was overcharged initially. The bill was $220, while my booking.com guarantee was $189 total. The hotel refused to match the price telling me that they do not have access to the system. Confusing to me, because they could retrieve my reservation, so why is it that they could not see my guaranteed price?
I was asked to call booking.com customer service to resolve this. I did take my time and finally the issue was resolved by booking.com customer service representative.
