First, there was NO housekeeping!! If you needed towels you have to go to the front desk and ask for them. Then they would only give us two bath towels, two face cloths, two hand towels.THERE WERE 4 OF US!!!!
The second night we were there my husband went to the front desk to get more towels and toilet paper, he was told someone would come to our room the next morning to get trash and put out more towels. HOWEVERit wasnt done. So that night (our 3rd night) I went and said something at the front desk about the trash and lack of towels and was told YOU have to come and tell us you need towels and the trash taken out. We dont have regular housekeeping. They never sent anyone to take care of the trash or even clean the bathroom.
We had to take out the trash ourselves. We had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies for the bathroom. There were bugs in the room. No clock, no iron, no hairdryer, no coffee pot. The last two nights we were there, people were outside our door drinking and being loud. If we could have got our money back after the first night we wouldve either got another hotel or just went home!!
