Room was very nice and clean.
Negatives:
The food was way to expensive for what little they give you. My food was a bun with 6 pieces of steak and some onions and about 5 steak fries. $18. Crazy. Better off grabbing a can and going to Friday's or one of the others nearby.

The ac t-stat didn’t work, the shower door fell off the track & the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night as a false alarm. We called front desk 3x and each time it took over 3 minutes for someone to pick up.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The single bed room, the king mattress is hard as a brick!!!!!!! Also, there is construction going on and I get it there are upgrades that are needed but, it's a real inconvenience to all the guest because they are down to only one elevator.

The bed was fantastic.
Negatives:
I realized that after I checked in that there was loud hammering and drilling, my room was on the 5th floor, it went to 6pm and started at 8:15am the next day.
The TV was not working, the maintenance guy fixed it but the
square metal box wasn't secured properly and dropped down from behind the TV
hanging by a cord, I took a picture of it to show the front desk.I should not have been charged the 140.00. At all.
There was no mentiom that the Hotel was being up dated, or I would have stayed elsewhere.

I love the fact that they have tea in the rooms too because not everyone is a coffee drinker the location is great but the parking was not good enough there was hardly enough space to park and you also have to pay for breakfast...
