I loved the customer service I received
Over the phone and as I entered the hotel…. Daniel (think that was his name ) at the front desk was very helpful and showed such care while assisting me …he left a lasting impression on me in that short time I was staying with you and I will definitely stay again if I could receive that type of care he gave on my arrival….
Negatives:
My experience with the shuttle driver was bad .
I came in on a late flight with a baby and the driver had me waiting for over forty minutes while he picked up someone who was not even staying at the hotel ….then on the drive there he was complaining to the passenger about the company not caring about their drivers … this behavior was very disturbing and paints a bad picture of the company on a whole .

The property was close to where we were going to a concert.
Negatives:
Needed more attention to detail, the room was clean but only had 2 towels in bathroom. Had just enough toilet paper for one night without any replacements in room. Breakfast was ok but had the cheapest paper plates that was difficult to hold the food. The hot food was cold.
The front desk seemed overwhelmed with so many requests at check in. If attention to detail was there from beginning then the staff wouldn’t have to work as hard.
