the location was convenient

we showed up and were told they didn’t have a room for us and then sent us ‘up the road’ (no instructions) to another Extended Stay hotel. arrived there and there was no staff on duty only a phone number to call. finally was given a key to our room which had a very small bed (between a twin & full size) not the double queen we had reserved. again called the phone number was told someone would come to give us another room. no one ever showed up. we ended up leaving and going to Holiday Inn Express, which was cheaper and better.

the property needs to be freshen up. everything is old and in bad conditions. the only thing that separates you from the outside it’s a very thin glass window. I felt very unsafe. breakfast was included in the price. I wouldn’t call it breakfast. it was muffins, nature valley protein bars and coffee. I have stayed in cheaper hotels and I have had a good time. this was just awful
