Positives: The room was much nicer than I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quieter than I usually experience in a hotel. The location was great for finding a place to shop and eat as well as being near everything that I needed to see/visit.

Negatives: The place could use some updating but other than that it was good. The google directions had you circle the block to get to the entrance which you don't need to do. The gym was being renovated during my stay so I didn't get a chance to use it.
