Positives: I initially liked the staff as well as management as they were very accommodating to me during a very stressful time in my life. They always were super nice and always willing to help me out. Everyone was super friendly. The size of the rumors great. Everything about my stay was awesome up until the last 2 days. I stayed there over a 6-week period.
Negatives: I didn't like the fact that even though I paid on time whether it was daily or weekly for the last 6 weeks that when the hotel was sold out because it was bytoberfest that they did not allow me to stay any longer. I recently was displaced for my home 6 weeks ago and I've been staying at the extended stay the entire time. You think because I basically have been staying there that long that they could have you know accommodated me or help me out here by letting me stay at the room. I always pay my bill on time again whether it was daily or weekly. And the daily rate was extremely high compared to the weekly rate. I never caused any problems there and I kept myself. And the way that they did me the day that I was forced to leave was completely wrong. I had to move all of my stuff out along with my cat. My apartment wasn't going to be ready until Monday and now I'm stuck this weekend with nowhere to go and I have my cat with me as well and he has panic attacks. You know you think because I've been there that long they could have been a little more accommodating to my needs. I know that there are people staying there for 3 months and the second or third floor that haven't paid their bill in 3 months. But yet I paid on time when needed and I get thrown out to the streets when I was only needing just three more days there. And the morning that I was supposed to leave the assistant manager decides to just come into my room at 8:00 in the morning when check out it's not till 11:00 and opens up the door herself because apparently I'm not answering the phone at 7:00 i the morning cuz I was sleeping so I think that was totally rude and unprofessional. The manager Kevin was always super nice to me and always friendly and I don't understand why I was treated like this after living there for 6 weeks.

Negatives: Lost power less than 24 hours in. Generator didn't work correctly. Some rooms had power many did not. Some hallways were dark. Smelled bad on the second floor. Roaches found on the 3rdfloor. Left early on Friday even though we had no power at the house. Disgusting. Never again. I will give you a google review. Not going to be good. Get it together.
