Convenient location and beach access. Quiet and clean. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Comfortable bed, shower, and A/C. Breakfast adequate.

Only one of two elevators working. Breakfast options seemed fewer than on previous stays, although what was offered was good. Missed biscuits and English muffins for instance.

Everything was great from the time I checked in to the time I had to check out. Having the tekee bar on site was very nice, could get food, and have drinks next to the pool and watch the ocean. Will definitely be back!

I didn't like that they took the money for the hotel the day of check in. I was planning to use a different card and then had to transfer money from my credit, (cost me $40.00), to cover what they took. House keeping was a little slack also.

Beds always comfy. You can sleep for ever.

One elevator was out of service.
When I needed maintenance for a bathroom issue it took 3 reminders and 2 hours later.
Not much going on in terms of breakfast.
Pool very small for an ocean front hotel that charges a premium and always full.
Tiki bar will give you a couple of drinks filled with sugar mixers in a plastic cup filled with half ice and will give you a bill for 30 dollars plus tax and tips! ( America!!)
I found the friendliness of reception staff not to be genuine. You see the smiles but you can tell she wishes you weren’t standing there.
