Positives: The room was nice after I complained they moved me. The first room was right beside the stairwell I couldn't sleep.
Negatives: The manager agreed to refund a double booking at the end of my stay and I still see both charges on my credit card. Breakfast was horrible. They gave us paper bag breakfasts with a bottle of water, tangerine, Costco trailmix bar, and a 7 eleven pastry. Worst breakfast ever. I had to change the sheets on my own bed because there were blood stains on them when I first arrived abd due to so caller covid protocols cleaning staff weren't allowed in your room until after you check out, but for some reason they can clean your room afterwards..... I don't get it.
