Positives:
All in all this was a great experience the hotel was in a great location the breakfast was good, they changed it each day. Seen multiple employees on the property cleaning up everything from the hallways to the pool the room itself was very spacious and thankfully we was in a room that you cannot hear a lot of the hallway noise or highway noise. Being able to walk to multiple different shops , restaurants and to the beach was a big plus. Not many complaints at all about our experience.
Negatives:
The only complaints we had was the quality of the pillows, and the employee that we were greeted by was less than enthusiastic about her job. We think that employees should not have their phone out texting or on the phone when there's a job to be done,put on a smile and greet everyone with a genuine presence that shows you like your job and you're happy that people chose to stay there. Our last complaint would be the fact that we didn't see anywhere on itinerary that parking was extra and it's not cheap. Highly suggest adding it in or having a place where additional expenses are shown
