The short walk to the beach was the only enjoyable thing about our stay unfortunately.
Negatives:
Before we even arrived there were issues-TWO charges totaling $320.16 were made before arrival even though the total was supposed to be $119.74. Staff seemed to have no record of the second charge, though I tried showing them multiple times. No one listened to what I was saying, and only promised it would fall off of my card and they were refunding $28, not the $200 owed. After it cleared my card and did not drop off, I let them know and the same lady who was rude to other guests and talking bad about her coworkers proceeded to argue with me on the phone, again not understanding a charge for $172 was made by the hotel that had now cleared. How she is in customer service is beyond me, she has no business in hospitality. Booking.com has assured me they will get my refund to me, though the hotel was not answering them. This is no way to treat guests! I’ll never stay at Hilton again after this.
The hotel was also just ok. Beds not comfortable, ac couldn’t regulate, floors felt sticky. Stay somewhere else.

Pet friendly-was put next door to a room which had two large dogs. Dogs barked and moan all times of the day and night. Called front desk twice to complain about barking, it'll stop for awhile then eventually start back. I will never stay at a pet friendly hotel again! And having to pay for parking is absurd! I won't be staying at this hotel again- breakfast wasn't worth the time getting up and going to-my husband and I ordered doordash.

The room are a nice size.

Breakfast was not that great. Staff was limited. We got locked out of our room due to the key sensor dying and had to charge the sensor ourselves because there wasn't enough staff. Had to change room in the middle of the night due to the toilet not working and no one there could fix it.
