Positives: Nothing. I didn't like staying here. I regret spending my money. My reservation was screwed up and was never fixed. And the staff need a lesson in customer service. They make it about them. Merely a bad look for the hotel.

Negatives: I didn't get the room I made the reservation for. The door could be opened without a key card. A hack maintenance guy come by the day before I'm leaving and fiddled with the lock, pretending he fixed it. I had to sleep on a pull out chair instead of the second bed I paid for. I could keep on because the list is long. Bottom line is, I would never stay at this hotel again.
