Roaches! Downstairs had a smell of dirty mop water. The parking lot needs to be filled. It’s clear cut evidence that prostitution and drugs are being ran through this establishment. The staff were beyond amazing and you can tell they are trying to do everything they can with the limited resources they have.

The location needs to be closed from the public for renovation .Tons of mold on walls and ceilings, rooms are terribly dirty.Toilet stained a yellow color and tubs full of stainied mat. Doors chipped and dirty.Overall in poor condition and not fit for use of the public.

Positives:
The facilities although a bit outdated. It can do with a face-lift, was very clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday we were there for the week, we didn't have to ask, it was our 2nd time staying at the property. Location was ideal to what we came for, that is to shop. The front desk personnel I interacted with were pleasant & helpful.
