Positives: Free breakfast, great waffles, hot coffee.

Negatives: I stayed in 2 different rooms and both times my bed was squeaky and hard, like mattress is worn out. Also when checked into 2nd room we left and came back to see tools on sink and hole in the wall, that bed was very comfortable new and not worn out. Front desk moved our room to another.
