Positives:
The location and the perfect view of the ocean . The house keeping lady was very nice always offer to help .

First when I did the check In ( I send message to the Hotel to check in early I show up at 2:30pm) the room the give me was not ready .
The pillows don’t have pillow cases
And also no towels on the bathroom .
When I ask the lady from housekeeping. She said the room was not ready yet .
For been 5 star hotel was not worth the money I paid .
The pillows need to be change And also the toilet room the door can’t be able to close and open .
Because the pillow don’t have cover and can see old blood on the pillow ( dry) if that have the cover of course I won’t be able to see but that was not the case .
Then my stay was only for two days .
When it was chance to go the pool with my daughter the water was so cold I can pass that but I feel very uncomfortable with some guesses that have children ( playing with the sun cream lotion , taking the small cup inside the pool ) this make the pool water look terrible and was not body to tell anything to the parents to the kids that was not to play with .
And also was not towel for the pool chairs .

The hotel was OK, but did not meet the standard of the other Ws I have stayed at in the past. Let me start by saying that we arrived a bit earlier and decided to wait by the pool. I received a call and text that my room was ready and when we went to retrieve the keys (after I had already checked-in), the lady at the front desk could not find any of my two reservations. She had an attitude as well. We had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to come and check. Her regard about the reservation being done through a "third party, not through the Ws website" did not really help her situation. She could not find me because she was not typing my full name.
Besides this incident, the hotel is OK, some elevators were undergoing maintenance, so they were slow. The pool area was nice and so was the location. I would probably not return as there are many other hotels to choose from around that area or even Miami.
