heater broke in pool/hot tub, didn't look at for long time even after multiple requests. Down for days as a result. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired most days, didn't leave towels one day, etc. No outlet in bathroom area for blow dryer.

The staff was consistently unfriendly. Several pieces of equipment did not work, including an elevator and the washer and dryer. Also, the pool was closed indefinitely. In my room, both the toilet paper holder and towel rack were on the floor.
