As a senior citizen, I have limited mobility. Had to climb stairs to second story, no elevator. Room was just ok. Free breakfast was disappointing.

There are lots of cocroaches in the room.
When tried to check in, I was told that the payment through booking was not received. I checked my credit card and it was charged. Booking.com app was also indicating that the payment went through. The guy at the reception told me that I would need to pay again and deal with Booking.com afterwards. I called the Booking.com and got a confirmation that my payment went through. They called the reception and after talking for a while the receptionist somehow "found" the transaction. While waiting for this resolution somebody else called them and based on the conversation there was a double charge from this place that they were trying to dispute. The receptionist who took that call from an unhappy customer was quite rude with the lady and literally hung up on her. Seems like I was not the only one who they tried to charge more than once...
