Location was good. The location was close to the beach and restaurants.
Negatives:
Very old and run down. It was NOT clean. We requested a SMOKE-FREE room and we were placed in a very obviously smoked in room. It was nasty. Floors caused my toddlers feet to turn black walking across the room ONCE!! Nope!! Never again will I stay at a Days INN. TV remote did not work. Floors in the room were sloped in spots!

It has leaking water from the sink and the floor was buckled and wet. Had to put a towel down on the floor so we didnt have to stand on the wet floor. It smelled awful. And the desk employees were rude and I felt like they were doing us a favor to stay there.

This hotel was AWFUL!! Do not waste your money, the curtains had stains all over them, the sheets, pillow cases, shower curtains all were stained and disgusting. The toilet was NASTY. There were roaches on the floors, it smelled like weed so bad

I like the location. It's a little quieter then in the middle of everything. Staff was good. Room was good. I'll come back when they start serving breakfast again

They didn't serve breakfast. That's a big no no for me. I dont wake up. Till I had a coffee and breakfast. And I dont want to have to go down the street to wake up. I want to do it on site.

Beds, pillows stained with who knows what. Stayed 37 minutes. Fighting with management for refund. Room was was disgusting. Went next door and stayed at Comfort Inn. Days Inn known for prostitutes and drug use. I would disassociate yourself from this place. If money isnt refunded I will be taking pictures and video of room to the local BBB and Wyndham corporation.

It was under 10 minutes to Emerald Coast and places to eat. We arrived early and they only had a smoking room available, which I wouldn't do again, but our non-smoking room was very clean and comfortable. Since we don't plan on spending a lot of time in a hotel room, the cost for us was reasonable.

The smoking room wasn't as clean as the non-smoking room.
